"My name is Tayyaba Fiaz. I am the operating owner of Hygiène Dentaire West Island (HD West-Island). 

My career started with a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Statistics but my passion for helping people pushed me to return to school. In 2008, I graduated from John Abbott College Dental Hygiene School with two distinctions under my belt: Procter and Gamble’s Community Dental Hygiene Award and Henry Schein/Acrona’s Excellence in Restorative Dentistry Award.

Since graduating, I have been practicing as a RDH in prestigious and established private practices in both Ontario and Quebec as well as obtained my license to practice as a self-initiated and independant hygienist in Ontario.

In September of 2020, a law was passed in Quebec allowing Registered Dental Hygienists of Quebec to also practice independently. This was the catalyst to the founding of Hygiène Dentaire West Island (HD West-Island): a mobile dental hygiene clinic with the goal to provide oral hygiene care from the comfort and convenience of your home or office. HD West-Island uses the latest equipment in the mobile clinic industry (certified by the FDA and Health Canada) and strictly adheres to the current standards of health and safety."
